Munchen

Hey! We are back in Germany now!.. nice to be back in a country with a little more normal easter traditions. haha whoa..very strange, pretty funny... Anyway, yeah we are staying with two guys in Ottenhofn right outside of Munic. They each have their own place and then also a separate flat they call the 'party house' where they party i guess..lol. But for the weeks its all ours and its been great. These guys are brothers and their Dad is living in BC, so thats Stephs connection. He´s a famous skier in Germany, and they run a ski resort, his sons are snowboard and ski instuctors. So during the winter they run that and in the off season they entertain people like us and take it easy. what a life... i think thats what i will do when im home..open a resort and ski and have fun. lol. anyway..HAPPY EASTER. thx for your comments :)

What a life indeed -- sounds SWEET! A party house is a great idea too -- once I start raking in the $150 000 salary as a CA I'll have to get one too. Enjoy the house and try to not party *too* hearty ;) ~Neil

Man...I just can't ever be first anymore. Doesn't anyone have a job during the day?? lol. Anyway, it's fun to get to know everyone in my daughter's life through this blog. It's a pretty good idea I think! (And Linda - how is Germany part of our heritage?) Have a fun Easter Weekend, and I hope the Easter Bunny can find you in that party house...or maybe he'll just want to stay there too and forget delivering eggs this year! Love, Mom <><

Hey Sheri-Lee:
Here I've been thinking all these years that you are at least 1/2 German, and I'm not sure what your mother means by insinuating that maybe we're not even German. Even though maybe alot of our ancestors came from Russia, most of our family can still speak German, so what's up wit dat, eh mom?
Anyway, I'm proud to consider myself as GERMAN!!
sprechan se deutch? lol (just have to have a little fun with you, mom)
Lots a luv everyone,& HAPPY EASTER!!!! ~~Auntie Linda~~

Hi Sheri-Lee...me again. I should apologize for having such weird sisters that you have for aunts! But I won't - cuz I love them anyway! But don't listen to Auntie Linda when she says you're 1/2 German...cuz you're really 1/2 Scottish, and 1/4 Russian, and 1/4 Dutch. If you were a dog you'd be a mutt! lol. Just cuz Auntie Linda can speak Low German doesn't make her German...so- don't get any ideas about those cute German boys out there! (Dad would probably disagree...but that's o.k.)Anyway I'm out.
ttyl~~ Love ya' ~ Mom <><

Hey Lee:
So, I'm sorry you're not REALLY German, but, one of those German(rich)boys wouldn't be that bad of a catch!! They make good husbands, just ask me, cause after all my last name now is SCHULTZ, and what's wrong wit dat?!!
I do hope though that you come home without any ties, cause we all want you to stay in our wonderful country of CANADA!!!! ~~Luv ya, and I'm out now too!! Auntie Linda~~
